CreativeIdeasPlatforms offers top-tier yacht charter services, which include, among others:
- Yacht rentals for the day
- Evening boating excursions
- Company retreats
- Exclusive events
- Extended charters over multiple days
Service availability and weather conditions apply. We retain the right to alter or cease services without notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
For a charter reservation, you are required to:
- Attain a minimum age of 18 years
- Ensure information provided is accurate and comprehensive
- Submit the necessary deposit outlined in your reservation confirmation
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
A booking is regarded as confirmed only once payment is received and our written confirmation is issued. Service provision is at our sole discretion.
3.3 Availability
Charters depend on vessel availability and agreeable weather conditions. We shall make earnest efforts to accommodate your preferred scheduling.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All our prices are in € and include tax unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to amend pricing without prior announcement.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the entire charter price, payable at the time of booking
- Remaining balance: Payable 48 hours before the charter commences
- Incurred additional fees: Payable following the charter completion
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept several payment options including major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified cheques. Payments are processed securely with encryption.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours before departure: Refundable completely minus transaction fees
- 24-72 hours prior to departure: Refundable at a rate of 50%
- Within 24 hours of departure: No refund awarded
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should the weather be assessed as hazardous by our captain, we may:
- Offer to reschedule the charter without additional costs
- Issue a full refund if rescheduling proves unviable
5.3 Mechanical Issues
In the case of mechanical problems with the assigned yacht, we will strive to provide a suitable replacement. If no substitute is available, a full refund will be offered.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All patrons must:
- Obey all directives given by the crew
- Utilize safety gear as stipulated
- Advise of any health conditions that may influence their safety
- Stay within the designated areas while aboard
6.2 Prohibited Items
The list of items not permitted onboard includes but is not limited to:
- Glass containers
- Illicit substances
- Weapons or firearms
- Pets, except with prior authorization
6.3 Conduct
Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful at all times. We reserve the right to end a charter early and without refund should a guest's behavior present a danger or substantially disrupt the experience of others.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
We limit our liability to the cost paid for your booking and are not liable for:
- Personal injury arising from guest negligence
- Theft or damage to personal belongings
- Indirect or punitive damages
- Delays owing to weather or factors not within our purview
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Comprehensive marine insurance is in place, encompassing both our vessels and the extent of our operations. Passengers are accountable for arranging their own personal and travel insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Engaging in our charter services indicates an understanding that sea-bound activities carry inherent risks and you accept the responsibility for your safety and welfare.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
Itineraries, routes, or timetables may be adjusted due to weather conditions, security considerations, or operational necessities. We endeavor to provide equivalently valuable alternate experiences.
9. Force Majeure
We dismiss liability for postponements, cancellations, or adjustments due to extenuating factors outside our control, including, but not limited to:
- Severe or extreme weather events
- Natural calamities
- Governmental decrees
- Port closures
- Vehicle malfunctions
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is managed in concurrence with our Privacy Policy. Utilizing our services implicates your acceptance of data collection and use as depicted in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
