Each charter comes with a professional crew, lifesaving gear, fuel, and basic drinks. Sunset cruises provide upgraded beverages and snacks, while business charters feature meeting amenities and corporate catering.
When should I make my reservation?
We advise booking a minimum of 2–3 weeks beforehand to secure your spot, particularly from May to September. For business gatherings and private festivities, reserving a charter 4–6 weeks in advance is preferable to ensure availability and to customize your experience.
What's the procedure if inclement weather occurs?
Your safety is our highest concern. If the captain considers the weather unsafe, we offer an alternative date or issue a complete refund. We'll get in touch 24 hours prior to departure should the forecast suggest adverse weather.
Is it permissible to bring my own provisions?
Certainly, personal food and drinks are permitted onboard. Alongside this, we can provide tailored catering services. Kindly be aware that for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility issues?

Can you outline your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations made 72 hours or earlier before departure are eligible for a full refund. For cancellations within 24–72 hours, a partial refund of 50% applies. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure incur no refund, except when due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical faults on our behalf.
